| 塑料模具基本结构是什么 What is the basic structure of plastic mould? 塑料模具是塑料加工工业中和塑料成型机配套,赋予塑料制品以完整构型和精确尺寸的工具。由于塑料品种和加工方法繁多,塑料成型机和塑料制品的结构又繁简不一,所以,塑料模具的种类和结构也是多种多样的。 Plastic mold is a tool which is matched with plastic forming machine in plastic processing industry and gives plastic products complete configuration and precise size. Because there are many kinds of plastics and processing methods, and the structures of plastic moulding machines and plastic products are different, so the types and structures of plastic moulds are also varied. 随着塑料工业的飞速发展和通用与工程塑料在强度等方面的不断提高,塑料制品的应用范围也在不断扩大,塑料产品的用量也正在上升。 With the rapid development of the plastics industry and the continuous improvement of the strength of general and engineering plastics, the application scope of plastics products is also expanding, and the consumption of plastics products is also increasing. 塑料模具注射模的零件形状往往比较复杂,淬火后难以加工,因此应尽量选用具有良好的热稳定性的,当模具成型加工经热处理后因线膨胀系数小,热处理变形小,温度差异引起的尺寸变化率小,金相组织和模具尺寸稳定,可减少或不再进行加工,即可保证模具尺寸精度和表面粗糙度要求。 The parts of plastic injection mould are often complex in shape and difficult to process after quenching. Therefore, good thermal stability should be chosen as far as possible. When the mould is processed by heat treatment, the linear expansion coefficient is small, the heat treatment deformation is small, the size change rate caused by temperature difference is small, the metallographic structure and the size of the mould are stable. Reducing or no further processing can ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness requirements of the die. |
