六角护坡模具采用pp的材质，pp具有很好的韧性，可溶性和可塑性， 塑料颗粒高温下化成液态，是液体流入特定好的铁模具中，利用液态水循环使其冷却，塑料就根据铁模具的规格而塑型，当然铁模具是根据每个客户的图纸特定的，从而产生六角护坡模具各种尺寸。

制作过程护坡砖塑料模具一般采用工程聚丙塑料经注塑机注塑成型,常见的为矩形护坡,六角型护坡,八字型护坡,人字型护坡拱形护坡等各种花型样式,护坡砖应用与堤坝主要用于防止水土流失作用,将混凝土置于护坡砖模具内,经震动台上震动成型后,水泥凝固后即做成了一块水泥护坡,护坡护坡砖注塑模具水泥护坡模具主要应用于生产高速护坡砖,堤坝水泥护坡砖使用,在模具盒内装入混凝土震动成型,自然凝固干燥后脱模具就可以使用了。
